The ladies inside are fun and creative and was able to help me get flowers for my mom, even helped me play a joke on her. All seriousness flowers are worth every penny and they do such great work.

I've ordered from Victoria's now three separate times and each time, I've been in awe of what a good job they do!! I worked for several years in a very good flower shop, so I'm a bit of a critic and there is nothing here to criticize at all!! The flowers are always bright, cheerful and fresh looking, they're arranged in stunning presentations and very much represent a good bang for your buck, so to speak! On my most recent order, I spoke with Amanda, who should definitely give lessons in customer service, she was a true joy to work with! Even when dealing with a snag with my credit card (numbers given wrong) she was patient, cheerful and more than willing to work until we figured out the problem! Not only that, but she texted me pictures of the finished piece and it was absolutely perfect! I look forward to one day getting to Rapid City so I can say a proper thank you in person, but for now, I'll be sending anyone I can tell to do business with them!!

We got our wedding flowers here and we couldn’t be any happier! As a long distance bride, Judy was very accommodating with doing everything over the phone and email. She executed my vision perfectly and even sent me photos when she was putting my flowers together to make sure I liked it!

My father and I came for an arrangement for my mother in the hospital. Justine was VERY helpful in customizing an arrangement for her. While there my father had an allergic reaction due to Victoria’s Garden’s resident cat. Kaia went above and beyond to ensure he was ok, which was GREATLY appreciated. The customer service here can’t be beat and the store is adorable! If you have allergies to cats, I recommend ordering online or by phone if not CHECK OUT THEIR STORE.

Victoria’s Garden did such an outstanding job on my bridal bouquet and on super short notice. My husband and I had an intimate ceremony with just our parents and I’d initially planned to pick up some flowers from the grocery store, just to keep things simple and affordable. 3 days before the wedding I decided to call around to see what prices might be if I had a floral shop do a bouquet. I spoke with Judy on the phone and explained the situation and how I understood that last-minute things like this may not be doable but Judy was very helpful and said I could come in the next day for a consult. The shop is just lovely - vintage coffee shop meets Brooklyn-loft florist. Judy showed me what flowers they had and she grabbed what I pointed out to her, keeping my budget in mind. I started to get excited when I saw how good it was looking, pre-arrangement! Judy had the final bouquet ready for me the very next day and it truly left me speechless. To think I was going to snag whatever I found in the grocery store.. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience at Victoria’s Garden.
